No reservations needed. Bring yourself, bring your family. This is an informal gathering for
gringos to meet other gringos. Don't be shy, stop by and say hi. Ask where the group is as everyone tends to blend in.
If your not living in Uruguay but just visiting as a tourist or checking out retirement in Uruguay, stop by too.
The founding principal of this expat meeting was simpilicity: - Always the same place, since November 20, 2005.
- Always the same time.
- Always someone there rain or shine.
Because people come and go at different times, everyone gets a personalized check with their name.

Old Maz is located on 21 de Setiembre between Benito Blanco and Francisco Vidal in Pocitos.
It's easy to get to with many buses passing by (including bus #17 and #116, Bus #121 passes
a block away on the Rambla - get off at 21 de Setiembre). If all else fails it's just around
the corner from the Pocitos Plaza Hotel and make sure to print out our map (look for the red dot).
Old Maz has an excellent menu so even if the conversation isn't so good, you
won't go home hungry! Come and join other expats in Uruguay. Canadians, New Zealanders and everyone else welcome too.
